Ride Registration

Included with Basic Registration Fee:

  • Welcome packet with routes maps, information and welcome gifts
  • Vendor fair and exposition
  • Some pretty good riding including:
  • Two days of marked and supported routes with the usual SAG support, rest stops and lunches
  • Additional mapped tour routes
  • Special Independence Day post-ride BBQ luncheon/Ice Cream Social (No extra charge):
    • Grill smoked chicken, assorted beef skewers, grilled salmon served chilled, Garden Macaroni salad, Dave’s Mom’s potato salad, a build your own salad bar with assorted dressing.
    • For dessert: an assortment of handmade ice cream sandwiches.
    • Raspberry lemonade and rosemary ice tea for beverages.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

After March 15 and before June 1st, 2010: Refunds for Registration Fees, camping /RV fees and meals will be refunded on written (or E-mail) request less a $20.00 processing and handling fee per tandem team or family registration. Refunds will not be made for Louis Garneau jerseys after March 15, 2010. Refunds will not be made for NWTR 2010 T-shirts after May 1st, 2010.

After May 31, 2010: NWTR 2010 reserves the right to not issue refunds. Refunds requested after May 31, 2010 will not be made for ordered merchandise or meals.

Note: Our banquet facilities limit us to a 450 seating capacity. If you don’t want to miss the celebration banquet, get your registration in early. Keep an eye on this page - as the registration nears seating limit, we will post updates here. Banquet refunds will be issued if we cannot accommodate you. Sorry.

If you miss the dinner banquet, we will continue the celebration at our Independence Day BBQ post ride lunch and ice cream social and it included in your basic registration price.
