The design selected for the jersey and cycling shorts for the NWTR2009 is based on the eagle, the symbol of power and prestige among the First Nations People of the Northwest Coast. Eagles represent a symbol of peace and friendship, and are considered the most important bird in the First Nations art and mythology. They are considered a sacred bird representing good times to come.

All clothing orders up to April 15th, 2009 may picked up at the rally registration desk (Cadboro Building).  All future orders will be processed after July 5th, 2009 and mailed to the recipient. Please see the registration form.
