REGISTRATION
& FEES

YOU CAN REGISTER IN ONE OF TWO WAYS:
1. On-line: ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE 6/15/05. To
assure the most accurate registration information and transaction
security, we are using a professional service called Count Me
In. By registering online, you will help us collect the most
accurate data and save volunteer time.
2. By mail:
Download the printable registration form (.pdf file). Please
complete the printed form (one per tandem pair) and send the
completed form along with your fees. Click

- You may register
on-line or by mail until July 1, 2005. Discounted rates are
given to all teams that register prior to April 1, 2005. Registration
is limited to 1,000 riders.
- Liability
Release (.pdf file) Please download, print, sign and return
the liability release along with your registration form and fees.
Your application is not complete without a signed release form.
- Refunds for
registration and meals will only be granted upon receipt of a
written request received before June 1, 2005. A $20.00 handling
fee will be charged. No refunds will be made after June 1, 2005.
There will be no refunds for ordered merchandise.
- The registration
and information desk will be located at Summit High School.
This is where you pick up your registration packets and merchandise.
Volunteers will be available to assist you with questions regarding
the Bend area.
- Sag and communications
support will be available to help in the event of an unforeseen
problem or emergency. However, all riders are expected to be prepared,
able to complete the selected routes, and have bicycles in good
working order.
- RALLY FEE SCHEDULE:
1. Adults 12 & Over:
- 2/1 thru 3/31: $40
per person
- 4/1 thru 5/31: $50
per person
- 6/1 thru 7/1: $60
per person
- 2. Children 3 to
11:
- 2/1 thru 3/31: $25
per person
- 4/1 thru 5/31: $35
per person
- 6/1 thru 7/1: $45
per person
