A block of 100 rooms is being held for NWTR, with prices guaranteed only until June 4, 2003 --after which regular rates apply

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled arrival, otherwise the guest will be charged a full night's charge and room tax.

Special amenities provided for NWTR participants
• A Bicycle Servicing Room will be provided so that guests can repair, clean and store bikes inside. Guests should provide their own locks, as the room will not be monitored by the Hilton.
• A hospitality room will also be available for all NWTR guests on both Friday and Saturday nights, with light snacks and beverages.
• Massage therapist on site during NWTR

Recreational Vehicle Parking
We have secured a parking lot for RV parking about two blocks from the Hilton Hotel.

Camping!
After months of negotiation, we have arranged for camping at Armitage Park, a beautiful spot on the McKenzie River, very close to Saturday's ride start. Armitage Park does not usually allow camping, but they've made an exception for NWTR. Please send us an email immediately if you'd like to arrange camping. We will post more details as soon as we can.
